Pseudomonas lactis strain:IHBB15160 Genome sequencing and assembly

Pseudomonas lactis IHBB15160 , isolated from Jammu and Kashmir, India. 16s rRNA analysis was done to identify the strain. Genome sequencing of Pseudomonas lactis IHBB15160 strain was performed using Illumina HiSeq2500 platform. The aim of the research was to access the genome information of Plant growth promoting rhizobacteria.
