Orc1, Orc2 and Orc4 ChIP-seq in Torulaspora delbrueckii

Chromatin Immunoprecipitation followed by high throughput sequencing to identify the location of Orc1, Orc2 and Orc4 genomic enrichment. This data represents two technical replicates for each IP sample (Orc1-MYC, Orc2-V5 and Orc4-V5), one mock IP in an untagged strain and two genomic input samples.

本数据集通过染色质免疫共沉淀结合高通量测序（Chromatin Immunoprecipitation followed by high-throughput sequencing）技术，旨在鉴定Orc1、Orc2与Orc4的基因组富集区域。本次数据包含针对各免疫沉淀（Immunoprecipitation, IP）样本（Orc1-MYC、Orc2-V5及Orc4-V5）的2次技术重复，1份取自未标记菌株的阴性对照免疫沉淀（mock IP）样本，以及2份基因组输入对照样本。
