MEA data

GENERAL INFORMATION:

The L_0*.zip folders contain data from thousands of seconds (each) recording sessions. Unzip these folders to individual sessions of spontaneous activity recordings (L_Prg034, L_Prg035, …). Continuously recorded sessions are indexed consecutively; together, the zipped folders give access to data sampled over several days from rat cortical neurones in culture, 2-3 weeks following plating day (1st day postpartum).

L_0*.zip 压缩包均包含单段长达数千秒的记录会话数据。解压此类压缩包，可得到独立的自发活动记录会话文件（命名格式为L_Prg034、L_Prg035等）。连续记录的会话均按顺序编号；整套压缩包可提供产后第1天铺板后2~3周的体外培养大鼠皮层神经元的数天连续采样数据。
