Initial results from systematic gene search using OMIM

The 172 primary results produced from a systematic search of Online Mendelian Inheritance of Man (OMIM). Order of article position in search results, OMIM access number, inclusion (I) and exclusion (E) status following the application of evaluation criteria, gene of interest (GOI), and phenotype are recorded. Noted fitness complications refer to genes with roles in multiple biochemical pathways (pleiotropic), therefore multiple independent phenotypes are observed in gene knockout models. Duplicate entries are noted where present. <br>本数据集包含通过对《人类在线孟德尔遗传》（Online Mendelian Inheritance of Man, OMIM）开展系统检索所得到的172条初步检索结果。本次检索将记录以下信息：检索结果中文献的排序位次、OMIM收录号、经评估标准筛选后的纳入（I）与排除（E）状态、目标基因（gene of interest, GOI）以及表型。所标注的适合度并发症对应的是参与多条生化通路的基因（即多效性基因），因此在基因敲除模型中可观测到多种独立表型。若存在重复条目，将予以标注。
