In this study, we investigated CNAs of 40 tumor samples from 25 patients, including 15 metastatic primary tumor (MPT), paired neck lymph-node metastasis (LNM) and 10 non-metastatic primary tumor (NMPT), by 44k oligonucleotide-based array comparative genomic hybridization (array CGH). 15 MPT vs 15 LNM, 10 NMPT vs 15 LNM
本研究中,我们通过44k寡核苷酸阵列比较基因组杂交(array comparative genomic hybridization, array CGH)技术,对25名患者的40份肿瘤样本的拷贝数变异(Copy Number Alterations, CNAs)进行了分析,这批样本包含15份转移性原发肿瘤(metastatic primary tumor, MPT)、配对的颈部淋巴结转移瘤(neck lymph-node metastasis, LNM)以及10份非转移性原发肿瘤(non-metastatic primary tumor, NMPT)。本研究开展了两组对照分析:15份MPT与15份LNM的对照,以及10份NMPT与15份LNM的对照。
