BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL BASIS OF INCUBATORS

This article examines the organizational and legal framework of business incubators, their role in the economy and their importance in the development of small businesses. During the study, the legal mechanisms for organizing the activities of business incubators, the system of state support, management principles and foreign experience were analyzed. The article also substantiates the priority areas for improving the activities of business incubators in the conditions of Uzbekistan.本文考察了企业孵化器（business incubator）的组织与法律框架、其在经济中的作用，以及对小微企业发展的重要意义。本研究分析了企业孵化器运营的法律机制、国家支持体系、管理原则及境外实践经验，并论证了乌兹别克斯坦国情下优化企业孵化器运营的优先方向。
