Analysis of histone and transcription factor epigenomic landscape of IMR90s from young to replicative senescent IMR90s were collected at young-quiescent and senescent stages, at which point chromatin was harvested and prepared for ChIP-seq against a variety of histone marks and transcription factors. ChIP-seqs of histone marks H3K27ac and H3K4me2 were performed in duplicate, and, in all experiments, senescent samples were compared against young samples for each factor.
