Economic analysis for the production of gelatine and hydrolyzed collagen from fish by-products and carotenoids, coffee oil and polyphenols from spent coffee grounds

The most relevant economic data of the processes were considered in a cost-benefit analysis for the production of gelatine and hydrolyzed collagen from fish by-products and carotenoids, coffee oil and polyphenols from spent coffee grounds in the Pilot 1 of WaysTUP! project.
