De novo transcriptome sequencing generated 66,953 isogenes. Using BLASTX to search the NR, STRING, and KEGG databases; 21,224 unigenes were annotated, 9,552 matched unigenes with the GO classification; 5,782 matched unigenes in 25 categories of GOG and 20,859 unigenes were consequently assigned to 312 KEGG pathways. Between the A and B groups 598 DEGs were identified; between the A1 and A2 groups 6,860 DEGs were identified and between the B1 and B2 groups 5,229 DEGs were identified. After enrichment, A and B groups identified 38 DEGs in two main categories based on functional groups: biological process and molecular function, and KEGG pathway defined 61 genes had a KO ID and could be categorized into 41 pathways. A1 and A2 groups identified 22,086 DEGs in three main categories based on functional groups: biological process, cellular_component and molecular function and KEGG pathway defined 2,459 genes had a KO ID and could be categorized into 251 pathways. B1 and B2 groups identified 5,940 DEGs in three main categories based on functional groups: biological process, cellular_component and molecular function, and KEGG pathway defined 1,543 genes had a KO ID and could be categorized into 240 pathways. We investigated 7 DEGs in GO: 0009987 which related to growth of GFP in 4 groups

本研究通过从头转录组测序(de novo transcriptome sequencing)共获得66953条单基因(unigene,原文为isogenes,疑似笔误)。采用BLASTX比对NR、STRING及KEGG(京都基因与基因组百科全书)数据库进行注释,最终得到21224条被注释的单基因;其中9552条单基因可归入GO(基因本体)分类体系,5782条单基因被划分为25个GOG功能类别,另有20859条单基因被注释到312条KEGG通路中。组间差异表达基因(DEGs,differentially expressed genes)鉴定结果如下:A组与B组间共鉴定出598个,A1组与A2组间共鉴定出6860个,B1组与B2组间共鉴定出5229个。富集分析后,针对A组与B组的比较结果:基于功能类群可划分为2个主要类别(生物过程与分子功能),共包含38个差异表达基因;经KEGG通路注释,共有61个基因获得KO编号,可归类至41条通路中。针对A1组与A2组的比较结果:基于功能类群可划分为3个主要类别(生物过程、细胞组分及分子功能),共包含22086个差异表达基因;经KEGG通路注释,共有2459个基因获得KO编号,可归类至251条通路中。针对B1组与B2组的比较结果:基于功能类群可划分为3个主要类别(生物过程、细胞组分及分子功能),共包含5940个差异表达基因;经KEGG通路注释,共有1543个基因获得KO编号,可归类至240条通路中。本研究针对4个组中与GFP(绿色荧光蛋白,Green Fluorescent Protein)生长相关的GO:0009987条目下的7个差异表达基因开展了分析。
