Myofibers formation depends on various molecular processes in which the dynamics of organelles, such as myonuclei and reticula remodeling are key processes to maintain muscular functions. Guiraud, Couturier, et al show that SH3KBP1 controls myofiber integrity by the regulation of myoblast fusion, myonuclear localization and ER architecture in the early course of myofiber formation and later, through the maintenance and function of triads architecture.
