microbial diversity of lotic ecology

To gain insight into the assembly processes of bacterial community in lotic environments, we selected in the upper reaches of the Han River basin for our research. In this study, we examined the geographic pattern of the bacterial community in the main stream of the Han River and its tributaries spanning two seasons (64 samples collected during six rivers).

为深入探究流水环境中细菌群落的组装过程，本研究以汉江流域上游区域为研究对象。本次研究分析了汉江干流及其支流的细菌群落地理分布模式，采样覆盖两个季节，共在6条河流中采集得到64份样本。
