Full dataset of Wolbachia screens as recent as 2016 from Sazama et al.

These data are the combination of a full dataset of Wolbachia screens from Weinert et al. 2015 and other recent screens for the presence of Wolbachia in aquatic insects. Information on the class, order, family, genus, and species are located when available. The source for these data are also located in a separate column. Individual samples are also classified by their larval habitat as either aquatic or terrestrial.

本数据集整合了Weinert等人2015年发表的完整沃尔巴克氏体（Wolbachia）筛查数据集，以及近期针对水生昆虫体内沃尔巴克氏体存在情况开展的其他筛查数据。若有可用信息，将标注对应样本的纲、目、科、属、种分类信息。数据集来源信息同样会在单独的列中呈现。所有单个样本还会根据其幼虫生境被划分为水生或陆生两类。
