Gene expression of 770 genes from the Nanostring Neuroinflammation panel in the coronavirus-induced encephalomyelitus (CIE) murine model of multiple sclerosis. Overall design: In the study presented here, spinal cords and bladders were collected from 4 control mice, 4 CIE mice at week 1, and 4 CIE mice at week 4. Two spinal cord samples (SC 406 Control and SC 455 CIE 4 wk) were excluded due to QC flags.

本数据集包含多发性硬化的冠状病毒诱导脑脊髓炎（coronavirus-induced encephalomyelitus, CIE）小鼠模型中，通过纳米串（Nanostring）神经炎症检测面板测得的770个基因的基因表达谱数据。实验整体设计：本研究采集了4只对照组小鼠、4只造模后第1周的CIE模型小鼠以及4只造模后第4周的CIE模型小鼠的脊髓与膀胱组织。另有2份脊髓样本（SC 406 对照组与SC 455 CIE 4周组）因质量控制（Quality Control, QC）标识不合格被排除。
