Expression profile and TCR typing information of single T cells derived from 12 colorectal cancer patients

The expression profile contains 10,805 cells and 12,547 genes, of which the expression values were quantified by log2 (TPM+ 1).The table of sample characteristics includes the information of patient origins, cell types, clusters and TCR sequences of single T cells.The table of marker genes contains signatures for each T cell clusters identified by ANOVA analysis.

本表达谱涵盖10805个细胞和12547个基因，其基因表达值经log₂(TPM+1)量化。样本特征表收录了患者来源、细胞类型、细胞簇以及单个T细胞的T细胞受体（TCR）序列信息。标记基因表收录了经方差分析（ANOVA）鉴定得到的各T细胞簇的特征基因签名。
