Supplemental Table. (A - C) KEGG is a database resource for understanding high-level functions and utilities of the biological system, such as the cell, the organism and the ecosystem, from molecular level information, especially large-scale molecular datasets generated by genome sequencing and other high-through put experimental technologies (http://www.genome.jp/kegg/). We used clusterProfiler R package to test the statistical enrichment of differential expression genes in KEGG pathways. (E - F) Gene Ontology (GO) enrichment analysis of differentially expressed genes was implemented by the clusterProfiler R package, in which gene length bias was corrected. GO terms with corrected P-value less than 0.05 were considered significantly enriched by differential expressed genes. Results in each tab were sorted by the most significant p-values.

补充表(A-C):京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)是一类用于从分子水平信息(尤其是由基因组测序及其他高通量实验技术生成的大规模分子数据集)解析细胞、生物体、生态系统等生物系统的高阶功能与实用价值的数据库资源(http://www.genome.jp/kegg/)。我们采用clusterProfiler R包对差异表达基因在KEGG通路中的统计富集显著性进行检验。(E-F)差异表达基因的基因本体(Gene Ontology,GO)富集分析由clusterProfiler R包完成,分析过程中校正了基因长度偏倚。将校正后P值小于0.05的GO条目认定为被差异表达基因显著富集的条目。各选项卡中的结果均按P值显著性由高到低排序。
