Datasets and supplementary files for Respiratory symptoms, pulmonary function and lung CT findings in patients with post-COVID-19 syndrome: a systematic review and meta-analysis

Included in the ZIP file are:
1. Excel spreadsheets containing the datasets for each of the primary (respiratory symptoms, abnormal respiratory function test results prevalence and abnormal lung CT scan findings prevalence) and secondary outcomes(mean values for respiratory function test parameters).
2. A file describing the data calculation, forest and funnel plot creation in RStudio, as well as the subgroup and sensitivity analysis for each outcome included.
3. The forest plots for each of the primary and secondary outcomes.
4. The results of the subgroup and sensitivity analysis for each of the primary and secondary outcomes.
5. The funnel plots for publication bias assessment for each of the primary and secondary outcomes.
6. A file detailing the number of outcomes from each individual study included in the systematic review and meta-analysis.
7. A file detailing which studies had missing data and how the outcomes from those studies were calculated.
8. A file detailing the naming and definition of an outcome in a particular study, as well as the location of the target data in the study(full text or supplementary material) and whether the datasets were stratified in different groups in that study.
9. A list of the most notable studies that did not make it into the final list of studies of the systematic review and meta- analysis and the reasoning behind their exclusion.
