Dataset from Demonstrate Non-inferiority of Men-C Immune Response of Hib-MenC With Infanrix™-IPV Versus a Licensed Men-C Vaccine With Pediacel™ When Given at 2, 3, 4 Months and the Immunogenicity of Hib-MenC When Given as a Booster Dose at 12-15 Months

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the non-inferiority of the candidate Hib-MenC conjugate vaccine co-administered with Infanrix™-IPV versus a licensed meningococcal serogroup C vaccine co-administered with Pediacel™ when given according to a 2, 3, 4 month schedule and the immunogenicity of the Hib-MenC vaccine when given as a booster dose at 12-15 months of age.

本研究旨在验证两项核心目标：一是按照2、3、4月龄免疫程序接种时，候选b型流感嗜血杆菌-脑膜炎球菌C群结合疫苗（Hib-MenC conjugate vaccine）与英芬立适™-灭活脊髓灰质炎疫苗（Infanrix™-IPV）联合接种的效果非劣于获批上市的C群脑膜炎球菌疫苗与潘太欣™（Pediacel™）联合接种的效果；二是该Hib-MenC结合疫苗在12~15月龄作为加强免疫针接种时的免疫原性。
