Israeli grapevine collection

Here, we present the analysis of whole genome sequencing data obtained for 81 domesticated (sativa) and wild (sylvestris) accessions representing a diversity panel of Levantine and Eurasian grapevines. We provide new evidence for the domestication history of grapevines in the Levant which supports the authenticity of this material.

本研究对81份代表黎凡特与欧亚葡萄多样性群体的栽培型（sativa）与野生型（sylvestris）葡萄种质材料的全基因组测序数据进行了分析。本研究为黎凡特地区葡萄的驯化历史提供了新证据，该证据佐证了本研究所用材料的真实性。
