RNA sequencing facilitates quantitative analysis of U251-NC and U251-COL8A1 transcriptomes

To investigate the function of COL8A1 in GSCs progression, we established U251-COL8A1 cell lines with COL8A1 overexpressed. Then we performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 2 cells (U251NC and U251-COL8A1) Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for U251-NC and U251-COL8A1.

为探究VIII型胶原蛋白α1链（COL8A1）在胶质瘤干细胞（GSCs）进展中的功能，我们构建了过表达COL8A1的U251细胞系（U251-COL8A1）。随后，我们基于U251-NC与U251-COL8A1两株细胞的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据开展对比基因表达谱分析。
