Transcriptome variation across multiple isolates of the nematode P. pacificus

To study variation in sequence diversity, gene content, isoform usage, and expression levels, we generated RNA-seq libraries for dozens of natural isolates of the nematode P. pacificus.为探究序列多样性、基因组成、转录本异构体使用模式以及表达水平的变异情况，我们为数十株自然分离的线虫P. pacificus构建了RNA测序（RNA-seq）文库。
