Regulons of VPA1682 and VP2427 in Vibrio parahaemolyticus RIMD2210633

Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains were grown in LB broth at 37 centigrade with shaking at 200 rpm. Bacetial cells were harvested at the mid-log phase gowth (OD600 value of about 1.5). Total RNAs was extracted. mRNA enrichment was performed using an Illumina/Ribo-ZeroTM rRNA Removal Kit (bacteria). Construction and sequencing of cDNA library was performed on an Illumina Hiseq platform.

将副溶血性弧菌（Vibrio parahaemolyticus）菌株接种于LB液体培养基中，于37摄氏度、200转每分钟的条件下振荡培养。于对数生长中期（OD600值约为1.5）收取细菌细胞，提取总RNA。采用Illumina Ribo-Zero™ 细菌核糖体RNA去除试剂盒完成mRNA富集。随后构建cDNA文库，并在Illumina HiSeq测序平台上完成测序。
