Dynamic conceptual framework to investigate healthy food consumption in food insecure brazilian households through microsimulation modelling

This study developed a dynamic conceptual framework to support microsimulation modeling of healthy food consumption in Brazilian households experiencing food insecurity. The framework integrates sociodemographic factors, food environment, and prices using national surveys, literature review, and expert consultation. It highlights macro and household-level interactions that influence food choices and access, including regional disparities and public policies. Designed for future simulations, the framework aims to inform strategies that promote healthier diets and reduce nutritional inequities, contributing to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

本研究构建了一套动态概念框架，用于支撑针对面临粮食不安全（food insecurity）问题的巴西家庭的健康食品消费微观模拟建模（microsimulation modeling）工作。该框架依托全国性调查、文献综述与专家咨询，整合了社会人口学因素、食品环境与食品价格三大维度。框架着重揭示了影响食品选择与可及性的宏观与家庭层面交互机制，涵盖区域发展差距与公共政策等关键影响因素。本框架专为未来模拟研究设计，旨在为推广健康膳食、减少营养不平等的相关策略提供决策参考，助力落实《2030年可持续发展议程》。
