Provenance Legacies Override Species Effects in Shaping Oak Rhizosphere Microbiomes and Metabolomes

This archive provides the complete dataset for the analysis in the study "Provenance Legacies Override Species Effects in Shaping Oak Rhizosphere Microbiomes and Metabolomes". The data includes the final phyloseq objects (.RData), the complete sample metadata file (.xlsx), information on fungal guilds, and metabolite abundance matrices (all metabolites and key metabolites).
