Flow cytometry analysis.

hMDPCs were expanded with FBS or PRP for 3 weeks. The controls were hMDPCs cultured at day0; FBS group was hMDPCs cultured in FBS supplemented media; PRP group was hMDPCs expanded in PRP supplemented media. The percentage of positively stained cells was quantified by flow cytometry. Data shown are mean ± SD. n = 3,*P#P

将人牙髓间充质祖细胞（hMDPCs）以胎牛血清（Fetal Bovine Serum, FBS）或富血小板血浆（Platelet-Rich Plasma, PRP）扩增培养3周。对照组为第0天培养的hMDPCs；FBS组为使用添加FBS的培养基培养的hMDPCs；PRP组为使用添加PRP的培养基扩增培养的hMDPCs。采用流式细胞术（flow cytometry）定量检测阳性染色细胞的百分比。实验数据以平均值±标准差（mean ± SD）表示，样本量n=3，*P#P。
