Pan-European database for pathogenic microbial taxa in birds and bats

The spatially extensive multidimensional database of the prevalence of pathogenic microbial taxa for humans and wildlife in birds and bats was compiled by systematically reviewing publications for 121 pathogenic taxa. It covered pathogenic taxa mostly at the genus level (species level for most of the viruses), including sampling from ~450,000 host individuals of 376 bird species and 39 bat species. 
Data S1. Taxonomic details of the covered bird and bat species and pathogen prevalence of the most studied pathogenic microbial taxa in these host species.

本数据集为针对鸟类与蝙蝠体内人类及野生动物致病微生物类群流行率的大空间覆盖度多维数据库，通过系统综述121种致病微生物类群的相关文献构建完成。该数据库覆盖的致病类群多归属于属级水平（多数病毒则至物种级水平），采样涵盖376种鸟类、39种蝙蝠的约45万个宿主个体。

数据S1：本次研究覆盖的鸟类与蝙蝠物种分类详情，以及这些宿主物种中研究最多的致病微生物类群的流行率数据。
数据S2：本次研究覆盖的致病微生物类群的分类详情与样本量信息。
数据S3：基于系统综述构建的泛欧洲致病微生物类群数据库。
数据S4：建模所用的输入数据集。经筛选后的数据集遵循对应论文方法部分中"数据库质量控制"章节所述的流程。
