PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF DEVELOPING STUDENTS' PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL READINESS (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE ACADEMIC LYCEUM OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS)

The article analyzes the psychological features of developing the personal and professional readiness of students at the Academic Lyceum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The research identifies the motivational, cognitive, and emotional-volitional components of personal and professional readiness and empirically substantiates their interrelationship with professional orientation and psychological stability. Based on the obtained results, psychological recommendations for effectively organizing students' professional development have been developed.本文分析了内务部学术中学学生个人与职业素养养成的心理特征。本研究明确了个人与职业素养的动机、认知及情绪意志三大构成要素，并通过实证研究验证了其与职业定向及心理稳定性之间的内在关联。基于上述研究结果，本文制定了可有效组织学生职业发展培养工作的心理学指导方案。
