Workplace ostracism and cyberbullying are two prevalent negative behaviors. Most existing research examines workplace ostracism primarily from the victim's perspective, while studies on cyberbullying often focus on the perpetrator's viewpoint. Experiencing workplace ostracism frequently leads to feelings of frustration and low self-esteem, which can subsequently result in increased aggression. Compared to their male counterparts, female employees tend to be more sensitive, and this heightened sensitivity can have a detrimental impact on their interpersonal relationships in the face of workplace ostracism. Thus, it is essential to explore whether female employees who experience workplace ostracism transition from being "victims" to "perpetrators" in their behavioral choices.
