Parameters were normalized by subtracting the median and dividing by the median absolute deviation on a plate-by-plate basis. Control distributions had less variance, were less skewed, and were more peaked then their perturbed counterparts.所有参数均通过逐板方式完成归一化处理：先减去单块板的中位数，再除以该板的中位数绝对偏差（median absolute deviation）。对照组分布相较于其经扰动处理的对应分布，具有更低的方差、更弱的偏度以及更尖锐的峰度。
