The study aims to assess the impact of storage temperature and batch variation on microbial quality and safety of modified atmosphere-packaged (MAP) ready-to-eat (RTE) salads. Bacterial populations were analyzed across three seasons using full-length 16S rRNA gene sequencing, and ITS sequencing.
