The mechanistic basis for humoral immune control of Mtb remains poorly understood. We use single-cell RNA-sequencing to explore the impact of antibody treatment on cellular states in vivo. Using single-cell RNA-sequencing, we profile CD45+ and infected Mtb+ cells in B6 mice 5 days post-infection following treatment with different antibodies.
机体体液免疫调控结核分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Mtb)的分子机制仍未被充分阐明。本研究借助单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA-sequencing)技术,探究体内抗体治疗对细胞状态的影响。通过该测序手段,本研究对感染后第5天的B6小鼠体内,经不同抗体处理后的CD45阳性细胞以及结核分枝杆菌阳性感染细胞进行了单细胞转录组分析。
