本研究针对在PA培养基中培养的枯草芽孢杆菌（Bacillus subtilis）亲本菌株PY79及其携带yvfI::T10::spc（TEK1）的yvfI突变衍生株，开展全基因组比较转录组分析。样本制备与微阵列（microarray）实验条件的详细说明可参见Irigul等人投稿待发表的相关研究。该实验设计包含处理组与未处理对照组的比较方案，设置了染料互换（dye swap），并包含3次生物学重复。
