**Overview**
This data package contains information about Acute Hospital for Outpatient Activity Cross Boundary Flow, statistics on attendances at Accident and Emergency (A&E) services and Emergency Hospital Admissions due to Unintentional Injuries. It also includes information for Inpatient and Daycase Activity Stays and Episodes by Health Board Residence and Treatment as well as NHS Staffed Beds and Percentage Occupancy and Procedures Performed for Children In An Acute Setting For NHS Scotland.

**Description**
This data package contains the Acute Hospital Outpatient Activity By Health Board Residence and Treatment includes information split by location for health board of residence/treatment, hospital and council area, specialty, age and sex, and Scottish Index of Multiple Deprivation (SIMD) for new and Did Not Attend (DNA) appointments; and split by specialty and health board of treatment for return and total appointments and the number of attendances for outpatient activity for acute hospital care services. Acute Hospital Outpatient Activity Cross Boundary Flow includes a list of locations for health board of treatment/residence hospital and council area and the number of attendances for the outpatient activity for acute hospital care services. Cross-boundary flow shows the relationship between where patients live and where they are treated.

Accident and Emergency waiting times and activity includes performance against the 4-hour waiting time standard and the target to reduce attendances at Emergency Departments. Hospital admissions and deaths from unintentional injuries and assaults, sourced from hospital administrative systems across Scotland and the National Records of Scotland.
