Replication Data for: Siliceous Rhizaria in the Northeast Subarctic Pacific Ocean from 2010-2022

This dataset includes environmental data and siliceous Rhizaria abundance counts from field work conducted in the Northeast Pacific and Arctic Oceans from 2010-2022. Data collected with vertical net bongo tows, niskin bottles and CTD casts. Observations performed on a microscope and chemical analysis performed in the lab. The data includes metadata from each station, abundance counts and physicochemical parameters from each station. DNA analysis of phytoplankton communities is also included.

本数据集涵盖2010—2022年在东北太平洋与北冰洋开展的野外调查所获取的环境数据，以及硅质根足虫（Rhizaria）丰度计数结果。数据采集采用垂直邦戈网拖网、尼斯金采水器（Niskin bottles）与温盐深（CTD）剖面测量。所有观测均通过显微镜完成，化学分析在实验室内开展。数据集包含各采样站位的元数据、丰度计数数据以及各站位的理化参数，此外还纳入了浮游植物群落的DNA分析数据。
