This study aimed to investigate the miRNA expression profiles in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) to identify novel potential diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets. Using high-throughput sequencing technology, we analyzed miRNA expression levels in 3 PDAC tissues with good prognosis (T1-T3) and 3 PDAC tissues with poor prognosis (T4-T6). The results revealed significantly distinct miRNA expression patterns between the two groups. Our study identified prognosis-associated miRNAs in PDAC and evaluated their potential as therapeutic targets. To systematically identify potential prognostic miRNA biomarkers, this study collected PDAC tissue samples from patients with good (T1–T3) and poor (T4–T6) prognoses. After total RNA extraction, high-throughput sequencing was performed to comprehensively profile differentially expressed miRNAs between the two groups.
本研究旨在探究胰腺导管腺癌(pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, PDAC)中的微小RNA(microRNA, miRNA)表达谱,以筛选新型潜在诊断标志物及治疗靶点。本研究采用高通量测序技术,对3例预后良好的PDAC组织(T1-T3)及3例预后不良的PDAC组织(T4-T6)的miRNA表达水平进行了分析。结果显示,两组样本的miRNA表达模式存在显著差异。本研究筛选出了PDAC中与预后相关的miRNA,并评估了其作为治疗靶点的潜力。为系统性发掘潜在的预后性miRNA生物标志物,本研究收集了预后良好(T1-T3)与预后不良(T4-T6)患者的PDAC组织样本。在完成总RNA提取后,本研究通过高通量测序对两组样本间的差异表达miRNA进行了全面的表达谱分析。
