Effect of fasting and streptomycin treatment on mouse cecal microbiome

This subset of 16s rRNA data is part of a study looking at how fasting impacts enteric infections, esp. Salmonella typhimurium. For this, we wanted to know if and how fasting changes the cecal microbiome and if it has any impact on the efficacy of Streptomycin.
