HaRP: Electra Photography Right-looking Cloud Videos. Version 1.0

This dataset consists of mpg files from video tape (VHS) from flights of the NCAR Electra aircraft during the Hawaiian Rainband Project (HaRP). This dataset contains right-looking videos.本数据集包含夏威夷雨带项目（Hawaiian Rainband Project, HaRP）期间NCAR Electra飞机飞行任务所采集的VHS录像带生成的mpg格式文件。本数据集收录的均为右视视角的视频素材。
