FLORAL BIOLOGY OF A NATIVE HETERODICHOGAMOUS LIANA, Gouania cornifolia REISSEK (RHAMNACEAE), IN THE BRAZILIAN AMAZON

The liana Gouania cornifolia Reissek (Rhamnaceae) is a species native to the Amazon, and its populations are frequently found in forest edges and areas of natural regeneration. Our objective is to describe the floral biology of this species and contribute to the understanding of reproductive mechanisms within the Rhamnaceae family. We conducted this study in post-mining areas in the state of Pará, in the Brazilian Amazon, to characterize floral events, morphology, resources, and attractants.

木质藤本卷叶咀签（Gouania cornifolia Reissek，鼠李科（Rhamnaceae））原产于亚马孙流域，其种群常分布于林缘与自然更新区域。本研究旨在阐明该物种的花部生物学特征，为深化对鼠李科植物生殖机制的理解提供支撑。研究团队于巴西亚马孙地区帕拉州的采矿后遗迹区域开展本研究，以系统表征该物种的花部动态、花部形态、报酬资源及引诱物特征。
