Three phytohormone-treated transcriptome of 1-year-old Panax notoginseng leaves

In order to understand the functions of three plant hormones related to disease resistance: methyl jasmonate, melatonin, and salicylic acid in Panax notoginseng, we treated annual Panax notoginseng leaves with 100 micromole/L of methyl jasmonate, salicylic acid, and melatonin, and sequenced transcriptomes at 0h, 2h, 4h, 6h, 9h, and 12h.

为探究茉莉酸甲酯（methyl jasmonate）、褪黑素（melatonin）与水杨酸（salicylic acid）这三种抗病植物激素在三七（Panax notoginseng）中的生物学功能，本研究以一年生三七叶片为实验材料，分别施加100微摩尔/升的上述三种激素，并在处理后0小时、2小时、4小时、6小时、9小时及12小时进行转录组测序。
