In order to understand the functions of three plant hormones related to disease resistance: methyl jasmonate, melatonin, and salicylic acid in Panax notoginseng, we treated annual Panax notoginseng leaves with 100 micromole/L of methyl jasmonate, salicylic acid, and melatonin, and sequenced transcriptomes at 0h, 2h, 4h, 6h, 9h, and 12h.
为探究茉莉酸甲酯(methyl jasmonate)、褪黑素(melatonin)与水杨酸(salicylic acid)这三种抗病植物激素在三七(Panax notoginseng)中的生物学功能,本研究以一年生三七叶片为实验材料,分别施加100微摩尔/升的上述三种激素,并在处理后0小时、2小时、4小时、6小时、9小时及12小时进行转录组测序。
