In this project, wild rhododendrons of evergreen Rhododendron subgenus are taken as the research object, and the relationship between rhododendron mycorrhiza community and soil phosphorus activation is taken as the entry point to explore the influence of different wild rhododendrons mycorrhiza on soil phosphorus activation and its mechanism of action, aiming to clarify the relationship between rhododendron mycorrhiza and soil phosphorus bioutilization process. The research results can improve the understanding of the ecological function of rhododendron mycorrhizal fungi, provide a phosphorus nutrient management cultivation scheme to solve the difficulty of rhododendron introduction at low altitude, and provide a scientific basis for the application of rhododendron mycorrhizal fungi in the introduction and cultivation of rhododendron.

本项目以常绿杜鹃亚属(Rhododendron subgenus)的野生杜鹃为研究对象,以杜鹃菌根(mycorrhiza)群落与土壤磷活化(phosphorus activation)的关联为切入点,探究不同野生杜鹃菌根对土壤磷活化的影响及其作用机制,旨在阐明杜鹃菌根与土壤磷生物利用(phosphorus bioutilization)过程之间的关联。本研究成果可加深人们对杜鹃菌根真菌(mycorrhizal fungi)生态功能的认知,为解决低海拔地区杜鹃引种难题提供磷素养分管理栽培方案,并为杜鹃菌根真菌在杜鹃引种栽培中的应用提供科学依据。
