Annexin-A1-mediated regulation of the efferocytosis in tumor-associated macrophage promotes anti-tumor immune response by activating the cGAS/STING pathway in pancreatic cancer

To explore the mechanism of macrophage Anxa1 deficiency to induce anti-tumor responses, we preformed RNA sequencing of pancreatic tumors from Anxa1?M? and Anxa1WT mice. Overall design: Panc02 cells were subcutaneously implanted into Anxa1flox/flox and Anxa1?M? mice. After 4 weeks, the mice were sacrificed and the tumors were obtained for RNA sequence.

为探究巨噬细胞膜联蛋白A1（Anxa1）缺陷诱导抗肿瘤应答的机制，我们对Anxa1ΔM与Anxa1WT小鼠的胰腺肿瘤进行了RNA测序。实验设计概况：将Panc02细胞皮下接种至Anxa1flox/flox与Anxa1ΔM小鼠体内，饲养4周后处死小鼠，获取肿瘤组织以进行RNA测序。
