Raw reads of 16S DNA from three small brown planthopper populations with different rice viruses

Samples from three populations with three replicates were investigated which are: Virus-free SBPH populations(NV-1, NV-2, NV-3) RSV-infected SBPH populations(RS-1, RS-2, RS-3) RBSDV-infected SBPH populations(RB-1, RB-2, RB-3)

本研究对三个各含三次生物学重复的种群样本开展了研究，所涉及的三个种群分别为：无病毒灰飞虱（SBPH）种群（NV-1、NV-2、NV-3）、水稻条纹叶枯病毒（RSV）侵染灰飞虱种群（RS-1、RS-2、RS-3）以及水稻黑条矮缩病毒（RBSDV）侵染灰飞虱种群（RB-1、RB-2、RB-3）。
