The information contained in graphic documents of a PLU or POS urban planning document shall be added either for regulatory reasons or for information purposes: — the information which is to be annexed to the planning documents in accordance with Articles R123-13 and R123-14 of the Planning Code,- the information reported on the graphic documents for information purposes.地方城市规划方案（PLU, Local Urban Planning Plan）或土地使用规划方案（POS, Land Use Plan）类城市规划文件的图形文档中所载信息，需出于监管合规或信息公开两类目的进行补充：其一为依据《城市规划法典》（Planning Code）第R123-13条与第R123-14条规定，需附随于规划文件的相关信息；其二为出于信息公示目的标注于该图形文档之上的各类信息。
