The 16S rRNA and ITS amplicon metagenomics analyses were conducted on soil and natural farming input samples collected from a turmeric experiment comparing two agricultural systems: the Conventional or Chemical Farming System and the Natural Farming System. Additionally, soil chemical properties, soil enzyme activities, and plant yield parameters were systematically examined. Correlation analyses were carried out to investigate the relationships between the metagenomic data and the observed soil and plant parameters, offering insights into the effects of different farming systems on soil health and microbiome.

本研究针对对比常规化学耕作系统与自然耕作系统的姜黄种植试验所采集的土壤样品及自然耕作投入物样品,开展了16S rRNA与ITS扩增子宏基因组学分析。此外,本研究还系统测定了土壤化学性质、土壤酶活性及植物产量相关参数。通过相关性分析探究宏基因组数据与观测得到的土壤、植物参数间的关联,以期阐明不同耕作系统对土壤健康及微生物组的影响。
