BN-Lx is one of the founder strains of the rat HXB/BXH rat recombinant inbred panel and was sequenced to 33X coverage using fragment and mate-pair data to make a comprehensive inventory of the genomic variants in this strain.BN-Lx是大鼠HXB/BXH重组近交系面板（recombinant inbred panel）的创始品系之一，研究人员利用片段文库与配对末端（mate-pair）测序数据对其进行测序，覆盖度达33倍，以此构建了该品系基因组变异的全面目录。
