A Secondary Reagent-Assisted Synthesis of A Novel Ni^II−Mo^IV Chiral Coordination Polymer

With the aid of a secondary reagent [CuII(tren)](ClO4)2, a novel chiral one-dimensional coordination polymer, [NiII(tren)]3[MoIV(CN)8](ClO4)2·5H2O (1) (tren = tris(2-aminoethyl)amine), was inadvertently but reproducibly synthesized, which crystallizes in a chiral space group P212121 and shows a complex triple-stranded helical structure.本研究借助辅助试剂[CuII(tren)](ClO4)2，意外且可重复地合成了一种新型手性一维配位聚合物[NiII(tren)]₃[MoIV(CN)₈](ClO₄)₂·5H₂O（代号1），其中tren指三(2-氨基乙基)胺（tris(2-aminoethyl)amine）；该化合物结晶于手性空间群P2₁2₁2₁，展现出复杂的三股螺旋结构。
