Contains the country-year panel dataset (Global Entrepreneurship Monitor Total early-stage Entrepreneurial Activity rate and New Business Density; World Bank applied MFN tariff rate, GDP per capita, trade openness, and Worldwide Governance Indicators; Penn World Table capital-labor data) covering 10 Latin American economies (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, Peru, and Uruguay) observed between 2008 and 2022, together with the full analysis code (two-way fixed-effects panel estimation, wild cluster bootstrap inference, variance inflation factor diagnostics, and leave-one-out re-estimation).
