NGS myeloid panel of KCL-22 imatinib resistant clones

NGS panel was performed with KCL-22 clones growing in 4uM imatinib. Mutations were detected 21 and 205 days after single cell FACS sorting.

本研究采用下一代测序（Next-Generation Sequencing, NGS）检测panel，对在4μM伊马替尼（imatinib）中培养的KCL-22细胞克隆进行了分析。在单细胞荧光激活细胞分选（Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting, FACS）后的第21天及第205天，分别检测到了突变。
