This study explored how school level leaders created educational opportunity for South Asian students in a diverse Hong Kong secondary school. An in-depth case study approach was employed. 45 participants were involved in the study including leaders, teachers, supporting staff, parents, and students. Data was collected through one-on-one interviews, observations, and document analysis. Follow-up interviews were conducted in some cases. Ethical Approval was obtained before data collection.
本研究探讨了香港一所多元文化中学内,校级领导者如何为南亚裔学生创设教育机会。本研究采用深度个案研究方法,共纳入45名参与者,涵盖校级领导者、教师、教辅人员、家长及学生。研究数据通过一对一访谈、实地观察与文档分析采集,部分案例还开展了后续访谈。数据收集工作启动前,本研究已获得伦理审查批准。
