Supporting data for “Culturally responsive leadership and educational opportunity for secondary school South Asian students in Hong Kong”

This study explored how school level leaders created educational opportunity for South Asian students in a diverse Hong Kong secondary school. An in-depth case study approach was employed. 45 participants were involved in the study including leaders, teachers, supporting staff, parents, and students. Data was collected through one-on-one interviews, observations, and document analysis. Follow-up interviews were conducted in some cases. Ethical Approval was obtained before data collection.本研究探讨了香港一所多元文化中学内，校级领导者如何为南亚裔学生创设教育机会。本研究采用深度个案研究方法，共纳入45名参与者，涵盖校级领导者、教师、教辅人员、家长及学生。研究数据通过一对一访谈、实地观察与文档分析采集，部分案例还开展了后续访谈。数据收集工作启动前，本研究已获得伦理审查批准。
