我们通过两种浓度的微球菌核酸酶(micrococcal nuclease, MNase),分析了分别在含棉子糖(raffinose)与半乳糖(galactose)的合成完全培养基(synthetic complete media)中培养的酵母菌株的核小体定位情况。实验整体设计:对在棉子糖培养基中培养的2株酵母菌株,以及在半乳糖培养基中培养的2株酵母菌株,均分别使用两种不同浓度的MNase开展微球菌核酸酶测序(MNase-seq)实验。
